Holiday Cottages with Fishing Our luxury holiday cottages offer the perfect location for a fishing holiday in Wales. They nestle in a bend of the river Teifi just downstream from Llechryd bridge. The river Teifi is a spate river, and provides opportunities to catch salmon and seatrout fresh off the tide. A holiday cottage with fishing on site enables both fishing and non- fishing members of the family to relax and make the most of this beautiful county of Pembrokeshire in the far south west corner of Wales.
For the fisherman, we are delighted to be able to offer our guests private fishing along the river outside our cottages, towards the Cilgerran Gorge. For the rest of the family there are many local attractions and other activities. Alternatively time can easily be whiled away in the Courtyard, or taking advantage of the games, books and video library in the Coach Houses of the Courtyard.
The river Teifi is renowned as being one of the best sea trout and salmon fishing rivers in the UK. Sewin is primarily a Welsh fish and many fishermen travel to Wales from April onwards to take advantage of this. Those more interested in salmon fishing will find late summer and autumn the best time.
The combination of a fishing holiday with accommodation of such a high standard, in this exceptionally beautiful part of Wales is difficult to beat. Within a minutes walk from these luxurious holiday cottages fishermen can enjoy either wading or fishing from the banks of this great river.
Our guests may fish at their leisure or take advantage of the knowledge and expertise of the local ghillies.

He and his team provide everything from basic and advanced level tuition in fly fishing to guiding our guests to the best fishing spots along the river. For guests who wish to pre-book his services we can send out contact details along with the confirmation of booking or visit his web site.
