During the height of the summer 1st May – end of September, some of the busier beaches (Poppit Sands, Newgale and a lot of the beaches in the Tenby area) have restricted areas for dogs. Whitesands has a total ban on dogs during this period. The restricted areas are detailed on notice boards at each of the beaches. This still leaves many miles of beaches that you can enjoy with your dog.
