Nags head – yes, thanks for recommendations – good food. Restaurant at the hotel here v. good, too , for the adults. Would like to come back with more of the family sometime.

Jim, Paul & Mary (May 05) Great accommodation weather, scenery excellent lots to see and do, fished the Teif and sea, caught trout / dog fish and a cold. Windows a bit iffy. Recommended*

Mark & Sheena (27 May 05) Lovely cottage and beautiful area. Unfortunately the cottage was very dirty. NOTE FROM OWNERS -Only brought to our attention after these guests had left and next guests were already in the cottage. This cleaner no longer works for us.

Russell & Gardiner families (3 June 05) Lovely location, very child friendly spacious cottage. Shame about the cleanliness. Cobwebs ! We have had a lovely time all family together.

Dr. Shafiq & Nadia, Choudhary family (July 05) We were very impressed by the accommodation, it was very warm and inviting, with an air of nostalgia. We enjoyed the sports park ‘Heatherton’ very much. Overall being surrounded by such awesome naturally beauty and living within an old historic house was very inspiring. Thank you Dylan & Tanya for a warm welcome.

Mrs. Evans (July 05) Had a wonderful time. The house is amazing, with loads to do for everyone on site. When wandering further afield head to some gorgeous beaches – Aberporth & Mwnt. Investigate, explore and enjoy !

Mr. Evans (July 05) fantastic setting for a group holiday. Nags Head is excellent if you are really hungry. As well as the beautiful beaches make sure you take a walk by the river behind the house, stunning!

Mr. Cook (July 05) Fantastic place, a real sun trap too. Take a walk along the Teifi where you will see all sorts of wildlife and fish. The nature reserve near Cilgerran is well worth a visit too.

A Davies (July 05) A fantastic HOLIDAY – great location as close to river, beaches & town. Molly ( 1yr) had a great time pottering around in Courtyard – very safe environment for kids.

B. Taylor (July 05) Oi be havin a lurvely time. It were reet champion oo ar.

Kerr family (July 05) Wow ! Fabulous house loads of room, kids not under your feet all the time. Plenty for them to do eg. Games rooms. Great place for chilling out. Will probably come again. Thanks. PS. Perhaps a bit of history about the place would be good.

Mc Neill (July 05) Great. Fantastic accommodation – lovely setting. Do not visit Carpenters Arms poor service – children not welcome !!

Elizabeth Collins & family (Aug 05) A wonderful holiday in unique surroundings. The games room has been a great asset.

Stein & Evans families (Aug 05) Very nice accommodation with great facilities, especially the great video selection. Brilliant beaches – Mwnt. Recommend the ‘Three Horseshoes’ pub in Cenarth. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves Thank you.

Lorna & Roman Harasymiuk & Olive the dog (Sept 05) Lovely accommdation, plenty of space and very comfy sofas and beds. Fantastice booklet / file of info provided. Hotel next door does excellent food, saw dolphins and seals and had some fantastic coastal walks. Lovely café at Llangranog does excellent puds ! Thanks for the card and the bubbly for our anniversary – a very thoughtful touch Tanya & Dylan.

Suzzanne & Shaun (Oct 05) Fantastic holiday, beautiful accommodation (Courtyard House) would love to come back again. Butterfly farm near Mwnt was great for the children. Llangranog is very pretty and well worth a visit ( lovely food at the Ship Inn). The only problem we had was the amount of flies that are inside the house. Most of our party left early because of it. NOTE FROM OWNERS - Not informed of this until after the party had left. Cleaners responded to this note & thought they had resolved the issue. Asked incoming guests to let us know if recurred

Jan, Elaine, Sue, Andy & Chris (Bob & Jess) (Oct 05) A lovely long weekend: beautiful coastline, river walks and fishing opportunities. Made very welcome for Sunday lunch drinks at the Pendre Inn, Cilgerran, and the Ferry Inn near Poppit Sands was marvellous !! Dogs had a wonderful time too. Very comfortable beds fully appreciated by all – slept very well. Great to have so much space. Some parts of the accommodation could do with refurbishment to reach the standard of the rest, and we were very concerned about the excessive numbers of flies which appeared on a daily basis. NOTE FROM OWNERS - Not notified that this had recurred, until the next guests phoned. Expert called in within 24hrs and resolved problem.

Gail & Caroline, Harry & Daniel (Oct 05) Unfortunately, we had no choice but to leave early, due to the excessive amount of flies. Also having two 20 month old babies with us, the house, although very nice in character was not child friendly whatsoever. NOTE FROM OWNERS - Offered alternative accommodation while expert dealing with situation - declined. Following 'Thank you' card received since - 'Sorry this is a little belated, but Gail and myself just wanted to say thank you for your cheque for the refund of our holiday. We also wanted to say thank you for the professionalism with which you handled this unfortunate situation. We do hope you have been able to resolve it. Many thanks. Caroline Nemeth + Gail Haddon.

Mungo, Janice, Calum & Murry Knott (Oct 05) A very relaxing week. Walked part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal path from Poppit Sands ~ beautiful ! Tried Quad biking and grassboarding at All Terrain park – good fun. Loved the walk along the river to Cilgerran castle. Enjoyed a warm welcome and lovely meal in the hotel next door. House was great for a treasure hunt and the sofas are fantastic!!

Mrs. Karen Evans (Oct 05) Wonderful house – took 6 kids aged 10 – 1yr and we still had peace and quiet. Games room ideal for bad weather – now all expert at 3D ping pong. Beaches fantastic especially Poppit.

Mr. Mike Evans (Oct 05) Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic part of the world. Magic place to relax even with a house full – no hustle and bustle just the rustle of bushes. – We will be back.
