Booking
Pembrokeshire Courtyard Cottages

Prior to considering booking with us please ensure you have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions.
Once the cottage availability has been confirmed we can take your booking over the phone, using a credit card (switch, maestro and visa delta accepted). We request a 30% deposit in order to confirm the booking. The balance is then taken 2 months prior to arrival. Upon receipt of the balance we will forward you directions, access details and other useful information to enhance your stay.
Alternatively we can forward you a Pembrokeshire Courtyard Cottages booking form. We request that this is completed and returned to us within 5 working days, together with a cheque for the 30% deposit in order to confirm the booking. The balance of payment is due no later than 2 months prior to arrival.
Please note, since these are luxury holiday cottages, we also take a £100 refundable bond per cottage. This is added to the total cost, and is then refunded approximately 10 days - 2 weeks after your stay (according to our Terms & Conditions). If you have paid by credit card it will be refunded to your card, if you have paid by cheque it will be posted to you.
